RBC is a vibrant, diverse, stimulating place to work and is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people to drive the service forward.
Set out with its new vision Reading has gone a full journey and has created a work place environment that focus on positive outcomes for service users whilst providing a rewarding flexible environment to be part of. New strong leadership and governance is supported by political commitment to make Reading one of the best places in the UK to work as a social worker.
